For me Goddess is the female aspect of The Divine and holds equal power but it is expressed differently. Empowerment for women is only seen as radical to those that have difficulty with the idea that woman are people too. I think the same is true for the patriarchal religions that refuse to acknowledge the roles Goddesses have played throughout history as an equal but different aspect of the Godhead.
In our Ascension we are working with the Divine force of Creation through our physical body, and we are opening up to sacred sexuality and the understanding of how our kundalini Life force operates. This process is related to our Human Spine, which has 33 vertebrae, and it's amazing what is now coming forth about understanding the nature of our physical Ascension. We are to use the power of sacred sexuality in Self empowerment in order to bring in our Divine creativity, and we are learning about the importance of our spine in Ascension.

True Love corresponds to a deep God/Goddess Presence that awakens our inner male/female. The questions to be asked at this time are: "What does the Beloved mean to me? How AM I living as the Beloved incarnate? How do i radiate the frequency of the Beloved in order to magnetize a Beloved Union into my physical reality?" In order to live a true Beloved Union, we must first treat ourselves as the Beloved, live all of our passions, desires of the Heart and Soul gifts as if there was nothing externally that could fulfill us more than we already do from deep within. As this becomes true for us and how we live in the New, we migth be surprised to find ourselves walking with someone who has acitvated and integrated the same level of awareness in their own reality, as our realities will eventually collide and co-exist. As we go deeper in this embodiment, many things may come to the surface, and we are therefore still purging some of the old patterns and beliefs that prevent us from becoming the true Beloved. It is about time to know that our mere awakened Presence is enough and that a true Divine Union is formed out of it.
So many times I AM asked about Spirit guidance and how it comes. This is something that it's not so easy to explain, because it comes to us as an intrinsic inner knowing. Everyone is already naturally guided by their intuition and their guides, including the Higher Self, but Spirit guidance is beyond just our personal intuition which guides us into our personal truth. What does it mean to be fully guided by Spirit? Firstly, when I say "Spirit", I do not mean the spirit plane where Souls go in between lives. When I say "Spirit", I mean the Holy Spirit and the Love of all Life in Creation. In order for us to be fully connected and aligned with the guidance of Spirit, we need to first become initiated into it. This takes devotion and Self alignment. The realms of pure Spirit are so utterly pure and devoted to serving all Life in Creation through infinite illumination and expansion, so we need to become such as well.
When we are guided by Spirit, our personal egoic tendencies are not the dominant part of our experience. The guidance of Spirit is neutral and it shares deeper visions in service to All That Is. The guidance of Spirit shares through the awareness of Oneness and it's never personal, but rather it encompasses the Principles of One. When we become guided by Spirit, we are not merely guided by it, but we serve it with all of our mind and heart. We love Source and we serve in utter dedication. When guided by Spirit, we receive from a larger Whole and it is the "One" that we serve. To serve Spirit means to put aside our lower desires in the pursuit of the Higher/Grander Whole. The guidance of Spirit comes from the Truth of One.
We are embracing the sacred Divine feminine Principle on our Ascension journey. When we engage in this awareness fully, we allow all the old male and dominant/controlling to be stripped away ... until there is nothing left but pure feeling in Divine Love. The feminine principle is all about moving deep into our body (the sacred temple of our Soul) and allowing ourselves to feel. Any denial of our internal feeling leads to suppression, and this leads to different forms of depression. Our Self expression is compromised without embracing the sacred femininity, which is the infinite Life force in the Cosmos ... in all Creation. When we tune into the sacred Goddess Principle, we become aware that it is that pure raw Life force that does not belong to us ... we simply become its Divine extensions ... co-creators with the Light of Holy Spirit! The sacred feminine is not personal and it's not an identity, because it's an archetype of Divine Creation that we either embrace and embody or not.
The sacred Goddess Principle is the Love of all Life in Creation and celebration through the wild untamed nature of our Being! The process of Ascension integration is directly linked to the "chi" energy that we receive from Source, and the "kundalini" Life force that runs through us as we connect with the root of our Existence on the planet, which makes our physical/horizontal and Source/vertical experience as One. With embracing the femininity Principle of Creation, we invite the Divine masculine to flow through it and co-create in balance and Divine equality. A perfect bond and partnership is formed through us, and our yin/yang forces intertwine in an endless dance. The Divine masculine archetype is that of Truth, while the sacred feminine is all about pure Power and potential. Great things in Creation are all born from the Great Cosmic womb of pure Divine potential. Without embodying both principles of polarity, we always feel a certain sense of "lack", because we have not yet integrated our true Wholeness.

48:00 PRACTICAL APPLICATION: Examine what issues are relevant. You may recognize there is some flow of authority and this is an opportunity. Do you have the discipline for this? What kind of discipline would it involve? TRIANGLE:How do you feel about this project? Am I willing to get up and take action on this projects? How do I either get a new idea or modify the triangle? Where is my responsibility here? Is it to mastermind? Delegate? Do a part of it and give it to someone else? Am I willing to go the distance with this no matter what? Am I hedging? If you hedge, energy will drop off.
In this episode, Teal explains what spirit guides are, why they are here and how to communicate with them. She explains that a spirit guide is an incorporeal being who is gaining personal expansion and benefit from their intention, which is to assist in and learn from another being's physical life from their specific (more objective) vantage point. It's a mutual symbiosis. An invitation and Acceptance.
Teal discusses the five basic types of spirit guide:
1. Your Higher Self
2. Light Bodies (what many call angels or ascended masters)
3. Archetypal Guides
4. Ancestral Guides
5. Animal Guides
Teal then explains that one communicates with spirit guides through thought. When you think a thought, it creates energy. That energy can be received and understood by guides, angels, higher selves, source... basically anything that is consciousness. It is only in physical life that we experience the separation between thinking and communication.
She also goes on to explain that spirit guides will respond energetically, the same way they received your communication. So if you're not able to tune in to their frequency, you won't hear their message. So communicating and perceiving your spirit guides is all about raising your frequency to the range where you can perceive them.
Teal then offers some suggestions as to how one can go about inviting a meeting with and interacting with their spirit guides so that the relationship can be a mutually beneficial one, based on co-creation.
Divine feminine does not need to be cultivated or created within us as women. It is us. It is the essence of our choice to come into this life as women. And so, it is an ever-present energy that is always there.
Divine feminine energy represents these aspects within the universe:
To allow the divine feminine within ourselves to surface, we need to search for these aspects within ourselves. You will find that you are more in touch with some aspects of your divine feminine nature and less in touch with others. For example, you may be fully in touch with your own sensuality but not in touch with motherhood. If this is the case, expressing the divine feminine within you, means connecting with and expressing the latent motherhood within you in your own unique way.
It is understandable how in today's world, many of us would have suppressed these energies in order to cope with modern day life. For example, it is difficult to allow the softness of receptive compassion into our life when we are expected to maintain competitive careers in the work place. But our health depends on making the space in our lives to allow these inherent qualities to surface.
Our Womanhood is unique. Every woman is a unique expression of the divine feminine. Coming into alignment with the divine feminine within us is not about conforming to an archetypal idea of what divine feminine is or isn't. It is about releasing the things that disallow our own unique feminine essence from radiating through us. It is about reclaiming who we really are.

"Kirpa" is a short film about a 23-year-old art student struggling to fulfill the wishes of her parents while pursuing her dreams of becoming an artist. A lack of communication between her and her father makes home life difficult. They both love and want the best for each other, but don't know how to communicate this without creating further misunderstandings. A healthy relationship is all Kirpa wishes to have with her father, and that is everything he dreamed of since immigrating to Canada and driving a taxi to support the family. But where did it all go wrong? How can she repair one of the most important relationships a young woman has in her life?

She grew up in the university town of Nsukka, Enugu State where she attended primary and secondary schools, and briefly studied Medicine and Pharmacy. She then moved to the United States to attend college, graduating summa cum laude from Eastern Connecticut State University with a major in Communication and a minor in Political Science. She holds a Masters degree in Creative Writing from Johns Hopkins and a Masters degree in African Studies from Yale University. She was a 2005-2006 Hodder Fellow at Princeton, where she taught introductory fiction. Chimamanda is the author of Half of a Yellow Sun, which won the 2007 Orange Prize For Fiction; and Purple Hibiscus, which won the 2005 Best First Book Commonwealth Writers' Prize and the 2004 Debut Fiction Hurston/Wright Legacy Award. In 2009, her collection of short stories, The Thing around Your Neck was published. She was named one of the twenty most important fiction writers today under 40 years old by The New Yorker and was recently the guest speaker at the 2012 annual commonwealth lecture. She featured in the April 2012 edition of Time Magazine, celebrated as one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World. She currently divides her time between the United States and Nigeria.
